Explore the detailsPreparing a digital guide does not have to be a complex or time-consuming process. QRator.space is a comprehensive tool for creating, publishing and managing multimedia content for museums, galleries, zoos, monuments and tourist attractions. Within one system, you can build a structure of exhibitions, rooms, categories and objects, add detailed descriptions, photographs, videos, audio guides and audio descriptions, and provide translations into 33 languages.
The CMS panel has been designed for convenient, intuitive use. You do not need programming knowledge or experience building websites to enter and update your guide's content independently. You can add more objects, edit descriptions, upload multimedia and manage language versions. All the main features are available in a single administration panel.
Would you like to see how QRator.space works before deciding to deploy it? We provide a demonstration version of the system in the DEMO section, where you can explore the CMS panel's capabilities and see how managing a digital guide works in practice. It is a convenient way to try the tool, learn about its features and assess whether it meets your institution's needs.
If you already have exhibit descriptions, exhibition catalogues, photographs, voice recordings or other materials prepared, we can take care of importing all of them into QRator.space. We can help organise the guide's structure, assign content to the relevant objects, add photos and videos, and prepare presentations for visitors to open by scanning QR codes. This means you do not have to spend time entering large amounts of material yourself.
We also offer assistance with preparing multilingual versions of the guide. We can import translations supplied by your institution or use QRator.space's integration with DeepL. The API connection allows translations to be generated automatically, significantly speeding up the preparation of descriptions in multiple languages. Each generated translation can then be checked, corrected and adapted to specialised terminology directly in the CMS. Where necessary, translations prepared by a professional translation agency can also be used.
As part of the implementation, we can also prepare audio guides and audio descriptions, using recordings you supply or ElevenLabs text-to-speech technology. Based on prepared scripts, we can generate natural-sounding narration in selected languages and assign the recordings to the appropriate objects. This reduces the time and cost associated with producing audio materials in the traditional way. Translation and recording generation are billed according to usage, allowing the scope of the work to be tailored to the size of the exhibition and the institution's needs.
We tailor the scope of our support individually. We can carry out the entire content implementation from start to finish or assist only at selected stages, such as importing descriptions, preparing translations, generating recordings or configuring individual objects. You can also start by using the CMS independently and commission additional work from us later as your guide expands.
Once implementation is complete, you retain the ability to manage all published materials independently. You can update descriptions, add new exhibits, change photographs, supplement translations and expand audio guides without involving a contractor every time. This makes QRator.space a flexible tool that can develop alongside your institution, new exhibitions and visitors' changing needs.
You decide how much of the work to do yourself and how much to entrust to us. We provide both a tool for independently managing a digital guide and comprehensive support in preparing its content. Whichever cooperation model you choose, the aim is to create an attractive, multilingual and easy-to-manage presentation that allows visitors to discover your objects in a modern way.
